The Bailey Bulletin Newsletter
Monthly plumbing and heating insights, company updates, rebate information, maintenance tips, and practical advice from the field.
The Bailey Bulletin is our monthly publication for homeowners, property managers, building professionals, and customers who want useful information about the plumbing and mechanical systems inside their properties. We use it to share the kind of information that regularly comes up during service calls, equipment installations, inspections, maintenance visits, and conversations with customers in the field. Topics include water heater maintenance, drain and sewer problems, water pressure, hot-water recirculation, leak detection, gas piping, plumbing fixtures, hydronic equipment, new products, changing technology, rebates, seasonal maintenance, and common plumbing problems we encounter throughout San Francisco, Marin County, and San Mateo County.
The purpose is simple: provide information that is worth opening and useful enough to remember when something eventually goes wrong.

Information You Can Actually Use
Most plumbing problems give some kind of warning before they become emergencies. A water heater may begin making unusual noises. Water pressure may gradually increase. A drain may become progressively slower. A recirculation system may stop delivering consistent hot water. A sewer odor may begin appearing intermittently in one area of a building. Understanding what those symptoms mean can help a property owner address a developing problem before it becomes more disruptive or expensive. The Bailey Bulletin gives us a place to explain those conditions in greater detail than we can fit into a short social media post or service reminder. We discuss why problems occur, what should be inspected, which conditions deserve professional attention, and what property owners can do to better maintain their systems between service visits.
How Often Will We Send It?
The Bailey Bulletin is published once on the first of each month. We may occasionally send an additional update when something timely, urgent, or particularly useful arises, such as an important maintenance concern, recall, rebate or program terms and conditions change, equipment update, seasonal issue, or other development we believe is worth bringing to our customers’ attention. We are not interested in filling your inbox simply for the sake of sending email. The Bulletin is intended to remain practical, useful, and worth reading.
