Senior Plumbing Discount

We are proud to offer a 5% senior discount on qualifying plumbing services. Maintaining a safe and reliable plumbing system is important at every stage of homeownership, and our senior discount is one way we can provide additional value to longtime members of the communities we serve.

Bailey Priority Plan Member Savings

Customers enrolled in our Bailey Priority Plan receive 10% off qualifying services, along with additional membership benefits designed to provide greater value throughout the year.

The Bailey Priority Plan is intended for homeowners who prefer a proactive approach to plumbing maintenance and want priority access to professional service when a problem develops. In addition to member pricing, the plan includes benefits such as priority scheduling, waived service fees, exclusive member promotions, additional warranty protection on qualifying installations, and water-heater maintenance benefits.

At $149 per year — equivalent to approximately $12.42 per month when billed annually — the Bailey Priority Plan can provide substantial value for homeowners who regularly maintain their plumbing and water-heating systems.

Military, Police, Fire & Government Employee Discount

Steven Bailey Plumbing and Rooter is pleased to offer a 5% discount on qualifying services for eligible military personnel, police officers, firefighters, and qualifying government employees with valid identification.
