If you’ve had a great experience with Steven Bailey Plumbing and Rooter and know someone who could use a dependable plumber, send them our way. When your referral becomes a new customer and completes a qualifying paid service with us, both you and the new customer will receive a thank-you reward.
We’ll periodically select rewards from local Bay Area restaurants, coffee shops, retailers, or other businesses as our way of thanking both of you for supporting a local company.
How the Referral Program Works
1. Refer Someone
Recommend Steven Bailey Plumbing and Rooter to a friend, family member, neighbor, or colleague.
2. Have Them Mention You
The new customer should provide your name when scheduling their first visit so we can properly record the referral.
3. You Both Get Rewarded
Once the new customer completes and pays for a qualifying service, the referring customer and the new customer will each receive a local thank-you reward.

A good referral should benefit everyone.
Instead of offering a generic promotional item, we prefer to give something connected to the communities we serve. Referral rewards may come from a local restaurant, coffee shop, retailer, or another Bay Area business selected by Steven Bailey Plumbing and Rooter.
The specific reward, participating business, and value may change periodically, which allows us to feature different local businesses throughout the year.

Financing Available for Qualifying Projects
A larger plumbing repair or replacement does not always fit neatly into someone’s budget.
Steven Bailey Plumbing & Rooter offers financing through Wisetack for qualifying projects,
giving eligible customers the option to move forward with necessary work while spreading the
cost over time.
Financing is currently available for eligible projects from
$500 up to $65,000, with qualifying repayment options ranging from
3 to 120 months. Customers can check their available options without affecting
their credit score and decide whether financing makes sense before committing to a plan.
Financing may be available for water heater replacement, tankless systems, repiping,
sewer replacement, gas piping, major repairs, and other qualifying plumbing projects.
Financing approval and referral reward eligibility are separate; all referral rewards remain
subject to the program terms below.
Referral Program Terms
Referral rewards are available when an existing customer refers a qualifying new customer to Steven Bailey Plumbing and Rooter. The new customer must identify the referring customer when scheduling or before completion of the first qualifying service. The referred customer must complete and pay for a qualifying service before rewards are issued.
Upon qualification, both the referring customer and the new customer are eligible to receive a promotional thank-you reward. Rewards are not cash, have no cash value, and may not be credited toward or deducted from an existing invoice unless specifically stated otherwise. Reward type, value, participating local business, eligibility requirements, and availability are determined by Steven Bailey Plumbing and Rooter and may change at any time.
